Coastal Digital Web design studio
An agency website has to do two jobs at once: explain the offer clearly and demonstrate the standard of the work before a visitor reads a claim.
We treated our own site like a client project, with a written commercial brief, a performance budget and a design idea rooted in Newquay rather than generic agency imagery.

01 · The challenge
What had to change.
The site needed to feel unmistakably coastal without leaning on stock photographs, surf clichés or visual effects that slowed down the experience.
It also had to explain two fixed build options, separate monthly care, and a realistic local-search promise without overwhelming a small-business owner.
02 · Our approach
How we solved it.
Nautical depth contours and swell charts became the visual language: elegant lines that describe both the sea and precise data. The five-colour palette gives every colour one job, while motion guides attention rather than competing for it.
The commercial structure is equally deliberate. Pricing is public, the Week One checklist replaces vague ranking promises, and every enquiry is tested from form submission to inbox confirmation.
